Working principle
1. The slurry goes to the filtering chamber when the filter plate frame was closed. The filter liquid goes through the filter cloth to filter liquid chamber then enter the filter liquid soft pipe finally to the main pipeline and discharged
2. The first press process. High pressure water will go to the upper side of the diaphragm via the high pressure water soft tube. The diaphragm will press the filter cake to the surface of the filter cloth to press the filter liquid out of the filter cake
3. Washing(optional).The washing liquid will be sent to the filter chamber with the same pipe as the slurry. Since the the filter chamber is full of the liquid, the diaphragm was raised up and the high pressure water above the diaphragm was pushed out. The washing liquid will flow to the discharge pipe via the filter cake and the filter cloth.
4. Second press process(optional).The washing liquid which was left on the filter chamber was pushed out with the same process as the second stage.
5. Air dry. The final dry of the filter cake was done by the compressed air. The air comes from the distribution tube fills the filter chamber and raised up the diaphragm to push the high pressure air above the diaphragm out of the filter press. The air flow which passes the filter cake reduced and the moisture rate of the filter cake reaches the best degree in the meantime empty the filter liquid chamber
6. Filter cake discharge. After the dry process, when the plate compounds was opened the filter cloth driven device start to work. The filter cake was pushed out from both sides of the filter press.
