3. Our advantage: Now in the market most of vibrating sieve dry discharge technology can only treat with coarse sand. Fine sand will be discharged into tailing. This kind of dry discharge is a kind of half dry discharging which not only can not solve the customer problem but waste the customer cost. Also it cannot reach the government standard.

Wheel sand washing machine (Sand wheel height 3m, width 2.4m)  8 units

5. Working process:

• Iron tailing recycle. The tailing goes to the bare magnetic tailing recovery machine to recycle iron fine power.
• The tailing comes into the wheel sand washing machine and dewatering by dewatering sieve. The overflow from the sand washing machine and the slurry from the dewatering sieve run into the thickener. The purpose of the wheel sand washing machine is first to remove the coarse particles second is to reduce the load and shorten the diameter of the thickener which can cut at least 50% cost.
• The underflow after the settle of the thickener with medicine, the clear liquid will be backed for recycle again and the filter cake will come to tailing ponds or to be recycled through the conveyor belt.

6. Project result: Pilot project for dry discharge and recycle in domestic market for capacity over than 10000tons/day.
